Should limitations on Social Media be included in Settlement Agreements?

You get divorced, the case is over the anger is over, or so you think. You then see that your former spouse posts a photo, on facebook of you intoxicated from when you were married. What can you do? Maybe not much after the agreement is signed.
However, as the world is becoming more involved in social media and getting their information from Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, it is important to protect yourself.
Now, more than ever, you should include a provision, in your agreement, that enjoins, your former spouse, from posting any photos of you on social media nor post any materials of yours on any social media.
It may be a big help, when you least expect it.
